Mechanism of action
| Inhibits ergosterol synthesis which results in disturbance of cell membrane functions. It can also cause direct membrane damage at high concentration. It is effective against Trichophyton, Microsp. Epidermophyton, Candida Cryptococcus, Coccidiodes & paracoccidiodes. |
