Emphysema
It is condition of the lung characterized by increase beyond normal size of air spaces, distal to the terminal bronchiole, with destructive changes in the wall. Though the space has been increased, but perfusion is decreased. X ray shows Hypolucent lung parenchyma, with diaphragm flattening & decreased heart shadow.
