Mechanism of action

It acts by bactericidal effect to M. Tuberculosis and many other gram positive and negative bacteria like staph. Aureas, N. meningitides, H. influenza, E. coli,klebsiella, pseudomonas, proteous and Legionella. It acts by inhibiting DNA dependent RNA synthesis.
