Bladder mass
This is intraluminal bladder mass.Elderely patient c/o painless haematuria since past 1 month, unless & until proved otherwise it is malignancy. The bladder is the most frequent site for neoplasm in the urimary tract. Almost all are transitional cell carcinomas of varying degree of malignancy. Some are sessile or pedunculated irregular masses. Other forms include flat, plaque like growths that infiltrate very fast.
